- You represent and warrant that you are at least the legal age in your jurisdiction to form a binding contract (or have parental consent).

In no event will JWCO’s total liability exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you have paid to JWCO in the prior twelve (12) months, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (or its local equivalent), except as required by applicable law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JWCO and its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and licensors from and against all losses, expenses, damages, liabilities, claims, or demands (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of:

- Your violation of any third-party rights
